Trip Details

Sea kayak Korcula tour starts from Tatinja Bay in Lumbarda. Firstly, meet your guides and complete 20 min safety briefing. followed by the training session.  Afterwards, you are ready to start with the tour.

Kayaking will take us to some of the old quarries dating from antique time. We will see ancient Vrnik quarry which tradition of quarrying exists till this very day.  Numerous buildings and art pieces in Korcula were made from Vrnik stone.

Our next stop will be an old Franciscan monastery on Island Badija.  While walking around island numerous deer will be around you. Later on, we will paddle to have an amazing view from the sea on the beautiful old town of Korcula. Tour ends by returning to the same place we started but never repeating any parts of the path we did before.

Previous experience:

No previous experience needed! Our experienced local guide will provide you with training so you will learn the skills to master your kayak and be safe and comfortable on the water.

What to take:

Swimsuit, lycra shirt or any t-shirt ideally with UV protection, light shorts, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, shoes that you do not mind getting wet, ideally sport sandals as the majority of the beaches are with small rocks, towel, water (1,5 litres minimum), snack.
